Scheduling/Cancellations
Scheduling/Cancellations

Please notify our office 24 hours before your visit if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Reminder emails are sent two days before the scheduled appointment. People who cancel in less than 24 hours, do not attend their scheduled appointment, or show up 15 minutes late will be charged the “Late Cancellation/No Show” fee and must reschedule their appointment. Our office will always give a courtesy call before charging the fee. We require a credit card on file to book appointments if we need to collect the “Late Cancellation/No Show” fee.

Email communication can be used to answer brief questions. Your Provider may request to schedule a follow-up appointment if further information or intake is needed.
