About
When you discover the health you’ve always dreamed of, it’s nothing short of magical. And it’s nothing short of what you and your family deserve.
Illuminating Your Path To Health
Medicine is not magic. But its effects — can often seem that way.
When we can reclaim our health, free ourselves from physical pain, and let go of the ailments that plague us, it’s like the stuff of miracles.
And yet, for most clients, the road to healthy can often feel dark and ominous. It’s littered with confusing messages, medical jargon, and sadly, indifferent providers who see them as a diagnosis to be addressed rather than a person to be treated.
It’s a lack of humanity that makes clients feel lost in the woods. A one-size-fits-all approach where they are spoken at instead of listened to.
This failure to look at the whole picture — and ask the right questions — makes finding a solution seem all the more dark and foreboding. It causes them to feel lost — all during a time when they need a guiding light more than ever.
That — is where we come in.
At Sol & Serenity Integrative Medicine, we help people rediscover what is possible for their health. We take an integrated approach to healthcare that illuminate solutions for having the life you deserve.
To be clear, we practice medicine — not magic (as much as we wish we could).
We methodically take every aspect of who you are into account. We leave no stone unturned, no question unanswered, and no possibility unchecked. We love to find the missing piece of your medical puzzle because we believe there’s a solution to every problem, a cause for every symptom, and a treatment for every person.
We believe in helping you take ownership of your most valued possession — your health.
We give you the tools, the resources, and the information you need to make more educated decisions on what’s best for you and your family.
Because we know that when you discover the health you’ve always dreamed of, it is nothing short of magical.
And it is nothing short of what you and your family deserve.
We are Sol & Serenity Integrative Medicine.
Illuminating your path to health.
Our Mission
We Strive To Illuminate The Possibilities Of What Your Life Can Become.
Our Story
Sol & Serenity Integrative Medicine was founded in 2021 by husband and wife duo Drs. Ren and Christy Bedasbad. They previously ran Lumos Medical Center in Central Oregon for five years, where they focused on giving residents access to quality patient-centered healthcare by blending Eastern and Western medicine. Over the years, that practice grew to include multiple medical providers and has been recognized as one of the Best Alternative Healthcare Practices for Children and Families by Bend Nest Parenting Magazine in 2020.
At the end of 2020, Ren and Christy moved to San Antonio with their son, Kai, to be closer to family. However, they enjoy staying in touch with their clients in Oregon through telemedicine and love that they can continue to support their Central Oregon community through Lumos Medical Center.
“We envision a healthier community that has access to great naturopathic healthcare and acupuncture. We see people of all ages and backgrounds meeting their health goals and living their life to the fullest. We want to provide hope to those who feel alone in the dark due to their illness. We are excited to share our unique patient-centric approach with a new community in the San Antonio Area.”
Ren Bedasbad, ND, LAc
“During patient visits, we often heard people describe their illness as feeling alone in the dark. So when we decided to start our practice, we knew that we wanted to be the LIGHT and source of peace in our patient’s healthcare. There is something about light that feels hopeful and positive. We want to empower our clients by illuminating their path to health.”
